The seasoning is great cant wait to try the mild heat next...
This is the best Cajun seasoning on the market. Makes every Cajun dish pop with flavor and style.
I enjoy using your seasonings. I also have watched your videos. I have purchased several of your cookbooks for myself and as gifts.
I love the seasoning and recipes !
Tried the mild heat Pi-Yahhh. Had a very similar flavor to the original Pi-Yahhhh. My wife sometimes complains about seasonings with too much spice. She was okay with the flavor in the sticky chicken I made. I prefer the original and thought it was a little milder than most Cajun seasonings. Will probably use the mild for recipes with a quick cooking time or as a finishing seasoning but will stick with the original Pi-Yahhhh for the longer cooking recipes.
